I am a Holistic & Complementary Therapist based near Norwich, Norfolk and I hold 15 years experience in many holsitic disciplines. I specialise in Women's health and offer a wide variety of treatments and can tailor treatments to each individual.

I hold professsional membership of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and full insurance. I also teach and run courses and workshops in a variety of subject areas and I offer Reiki Healing Attunements. I facilitate numerous courses based around energy empowerment - Please see 'Workshops' page.

I write a regular health and wellbeing column for a national magazine and also articles for other publications and have been featured in many magazines. I also appear regularly on BBC Radio.

I have worked with a wide variety of people throughout my career including working voluntary for a number of organisations offering treatments to vulnerable people whom otherwise may have not been fortunate to experience a relaxation session. I treat a wide variety of people including clients within the media of television.

I have a wonderful therapy room but can also offer a mobile therapy clinic to busy people in the comfort of your own home ~ for Ladies only. Dependant on my schedule.
