I have a been a Complementary Therapist for nearly 12 years. I have been interested in complementary health for many years and it wasn't until I made the brave decision to quit my stressful position within the social services in 1995 that I decided to train and qualify in many areas of complementary health - I have never looked back!

I was suffering from mental stress as well as many physical symptoms and I was rushed into hospital with a Mini stroke - I was only 24. I was studying at college plus holding down a full time position - something had to give. With much thought I decided to turn my life around. I knew it was time that I started to care more for my wellbeing and to change my career.  I now have a good balance in life and also assist others somewhat by bringing healing, harmony and balance into theirs.

I truly adore my work and meeting the wide range of people that I work with daily. I regularly give talks on health related subjects and appear regularly on BBC Radio. I also write freelance on the subject of health and wellbeing for five local and national publications. I also regularly contribute articles to various websites. I find my work extremely satisfying and rewarding and having a client come to me and say that I have helped improve their quality of life and eased their discomfort is so rewarding. I pride myself on the fact that through my enjoyment of my work I can achieve positive results with all my clients.  I have gained professional qualifications in many holistic treatments over the past 12 years as a Therapist. 

I can offer a mobile therapy clinic as I feel therapy should be accessible to all, busy Mum's, less able bodied people and those without transport. Though I do have a wonderful therapy room and most clients prefer to come to see me. I am a member of The International Council of Holistic Therapists - The UK's Largest Professional Therapist Association. I carry full insurance.

I am a believer that complementary treatment can work alongside orthodox treatment and in most cases can eventually become the better option for a wide variety of health concerns and issues. Aside from being a Practitioner, I also facilitate workshops and courses throughout the UK & in France.
